本所博士班學生，
應於口試前一學年度學位考試截止日前提交「研究生學位論文與專業領域相符性檢核表」至所辦公室審查，未依規定完成審查者不得申請口試。

GIMT doctoral program students must submit their thesis topics and research objectives to the department for review before the deadline "The last day for Thesis (Oral) Defenses" for former academic year which him/her expecting apply degree examination. Those who fail to submit for departmental review within the specified deadline will not be eligible to apply for the degree examination.

申請考試資格審查 Degree Examination Review Procedure
本所博士學位考試申請審查委員會將固定於每月第一週進行博士學位考試資格審查，欲申請者請於前月月底前上網繳交相關資料，網址如下：
As the review meeting is held in the first week of every month, applicants shall submit their applications one month ahead via the following link:

• 論文製作
  學位論文格式請詳閱本校教務處網頁之相關規定

• 辦理口試
  • 口試當天：
    1. 請於口試前至所辦公室領取「口試費印領清冊」，清冊要給委員簽名。
    2. 「審定書」及「口試評分表」交給口試委員評分及簽名。
    3. 「論文原創性比對報告書」給口試委員參考。
    4. 「學位論文學術倫理暨原創性比對聲明書」交給指導教授簽名。
  • 口試後五日內將以下所列表單繳交至所辦公室：
    1. 口試委員簽畢之「審定書」、「口試評分表」、「口試費印領清冊」。
    2. 「論文原創性比對報告書」及指導教授簽畢之「學位論文學術倫理暨原創性比對聲明書」。
  • 如須申請「論文延後公開」請詳閱圖書館網頁說明：https://libraryfile.lib.ntust.edu.tw/etd-db/etheses_embargo.html
• 離校手續辦理：
  • 請至本校圖書館之博碩士學位論文數位全文系統，上傳論文全文（網址：https://etheses.lib.ntust.edu.tw/thesis/），等待圖書館審核論文後方可下載論文授權書兩式。
  • 請至「學生資訊系統」連結「個人資訊」→「畢業生離校手續單」，登入填寫「應屆畢業生流向問卷調查」後下載並列印紙本離校手續單，持紙本離校手續單依指示跑離校流程：
    1. 所辦公室：繳交平裝本論文兩本，論文封面顏色為淺紫色石紋紙(顏色編號S305)
       (若申請紙本論文延後公開請「夾附(免裝訂)」核准之延後公開申請書及證明文件)
    2. 本校圖書館：繳交精裝本論文一本
       (若申請紙本論文延後公開請「夾附(免裝訂)」核准之延後公開申請書及證明文件)、論文授權書兩式
