自116學年度起，智科所研究生僅得由本所專任教師負責指導，校內外合聘教師將不得單獨指導本所研究生。
本所專任教師得與校內外合聘教師共同指導研究生，惟每位專任教師與合聘教師共同指導之學生人數，上限為２名。

適用對象：本所116學年度起入學之學生
※ 欲報考116學年度碩博士班甄試招生、碩士班招生、博士班招生入學之考生，請於規劃研究計畫及尋訪指導教授時，留意此項規定。

智慧製造科技研究所碩博士研究生選定指導教授說明：
Guidelines for the Selection of Research Advisor for Master and Ph.D. students at GIMT:

1. 報到後請參考各學年度表列教師，自行與老師約定時間詳談後，再選定指導教授。
   After registration, please refer to the information of teachers listed for each academic year. Arrange a meeting with the chosen professor before finalizing the selection of your research advisor.

2. 指導教授必須為列表內有列出之教師。
   Research advisor must be listed in the provided list.

3. 選定指導教授後，務必使用本所指導教授登記系統辦理登記。最遲需於每學期課程全校加退選截止日前辦理
   After selecting your research advisor, please be sure to complete the registration using our institute's Advisor Registration System. Please note that must be submitted no later than the university-wide course add/drop deadline of each semester.

4. 系統通知一律寄送到校內信箱，請務必確認您的校內電子郵件可以正常使用後，再進行指導教授登記。
   System notifications will be sent exclusively to your university email address. Please make sure that your campus email account is active and working properly before registering your research advisor.

5. 各學年度教師剩餘指導名額狀態僅供參考，正確資訊仍需詢問老師本人。
   The status of remaining research advisor slots for each academic year is provided for reference only. For accurate information, please contact professor directly.
