智慧製造科技研究所碩博士研究生選定指導教授說明：
Guidelines for the Selection of Research Advisor for Master and Ph.D. students at GIMT:

1. 報到後請參考各學年度表列教師聯絡方式，自行與老師約定時間詳談後，再選定指導教授。
   After registration, please refer to the contact information of teachers listed for each academic year. Arrange a meeting with the chosen professor before finalizing the selection of your research advisor.

2. 指導教授必須為列表內有列出之教師。
   Research advisor must be listed in the provided list.

3. 選定指導教授後，務必填寫指導教授同意函，並請指導教授親筆簽名後，將正本繳回所辦公室。
   It is imperative to complete the Research Advisor Agreement Form. Please ensure that professor personally sign the form, which should be submitted to our office.

4. 如已確認指導教授，且指導教授於同意函簽名，就可以繳交(第一學期入學需於9月底前、第二學期入學需於3月底前繳交)。
   When professor promise to be your research advisor, and the Research Advisor Agreement Form is signed, you can submit it to our office. (before the end of September for the first semester admission, and before the end of March for the second semester admission)

5. 各學年度教師剩餘指導名額狀態僅供參考，正確資訊仍需詢問老師本人。
   The status of remaining research advisor slots for each academic year is provided for reference only. For accurate information, please contact professor directly.

6. 入學後請至學生資訊系統輸入指導教授資訊。
   After enrollment, please proceed to input the information of your research advisor into the student information system.

7. 外籍生指導教授僅能選定本所專任教師。
   For international students, the advising professor can only be the full-time faculty within GIMT.
