本所碩士班學生應於口試「前一學期」研究生學位考試截止日前、博士班學生應於口試「前一學年」研究生學位考試截止日前提交「研究生學位論文與專業領域相符性檢核表」至所辦公室，由所辦公室送本所招生與學術委員會審查論文題目與研究目的是否與本所專業領域相符；若審查不符，將請學生修正改善。

未依規定期限送交審查者，當學期不得申請學位考試。

經系所審查通過後，請務必在學生資訊系統→論文及指導教授系統→【論文資料維護】輸入完整資訊，未填寫資訊者將無法列印學位考試相關文件。
※ 「論文研究目的」欄位，內容請填入本所檢核表的「研究目的」及「預期成果與智慧製造科技之關聯性」。

In compliance with the university's regulations, all graduate students must submit their thesis topics and research objectives to the department for review before their degree examination to confirm whether they are in line with the department's professional field. Those who fail to submit for departmental review within the specified deadline will not be eligible to apply for the degree examination.

Application Period:
Master Program should before the deadline "The last day for Thesis (Oral) Defenses" for former semester which you expecting apply degree examination.

Doctoral Program should before the deadline "The last day for Thesis (Oral) Defenses" for former academic year which you expecting apply degree examination.

Please download the form, obtain your advisor's approval signature, and submit to the office.

When you passing the review by the department, please be sure to enter information in the Student Information System → Thesis/Dissertaion and Advisor Information System → [Thesis/Dissertaion]. Those who fail to fill in the information will not be able to print degree examination related documents.
