實施辦法：請參考本所相關法規

本所博士班研究生應於入學後兩年內(不含休學期間)通過資格考核
GIMT PhD students are required to pass the qualifying exam within two years of enrollment (excluding any period of leave of absence).

博士班研究生經指導教授同意後，填具資格考核申請表送本所辦公室登記
GIMT PhD students, with the approval of their thesis advisor, should complete the qualifying exam application form and submit it to the office.

通過標準
Passing Requirements		 以本所三大類領域為考科，需通過兩科(含)以上，及格分數以70分為及格。
Must pass at least two exam subjects or more, and the passing score is 70 or above.

一篇SCI或SSCI，該論文必須以國立臺灣科技大學名義發表，且博士生必須為除指導教授外之第一作者。
One SCI or SSCI paper, which must be published under the GIMT's name, and the student must be the first author, excluding their thesis advisor.

※ 不得為本校規定之「不獎勵期刊或出版社」

※ 博資考期刊論文單位只能列本所，不得同時掛其他單
位。請務必使用本所正確全稱：
For the journal article, GIMT must be the sole affiliation listed, and no other affiliations can be included. Please be sure to use the full, correct name of the department:
Graduate Institute of Intelligent Manufacturing Technology, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology

(是否通過仍需經由本所博士學位資格考核委員會審議)
Whether it is passed or not still requires review by GIMT's PhD qualifying examination committee.

考試時間
Date of Written Examination

原則上第一學期為12月初、第二學期為5月初
Basically at the first week of December or May.

成績公告
Results Announcement		 第一學期於一月底前、第二學期於七月底前於系網公告當學期資格考核結果。
The qualifying examination results announced on the department's website.
Fall Term: by the end of January
Spring Term: by the end of July
