【碩士班 Master Program】

• 修業期限：1-4年
  Duration of Study: one to four years.

• 學分數抵免：抵免學分數不得超過規定畢業學分數二分之一(含)

• 最低畢業學分數：24學分
  Minimum Graduation Credits: 24 credits.

• ​必修課程：學術研究倫理0學分、論文研討1次0學分、智慧製造導論3學分、產學創新大師講座3學分
  Required Courses: Academic Research Ethics Course (0 credits), Seminar(I) (0 credits), Introduction to Intelligent Manufacturing (3 credits), Special Topics on Industry-Academy Innovation (3 credits).

• ​專業課程：至少修習本所三類領域(工業數據科學、智慧製造與營運、機器人工程與自動化技術)各1門課程​​
  Elective Courses: Must complete at least one course in each of the three specialized field of GIMT (Industrial Data Science, Intelligent Manufacturing and Operations, Robotics Engineering and Automation Technology).

​​【博士班 Doctoral Program】

• 修業期限：2-7年
  Duration of Study: two to seven years.

• 學分數抵免：抵免學分數不得超過規定畢業學分數二分之一(含) 

• 最低畢業學分數：18學分(逕讀博士班學生最低畢業學分30學分)
  Minimum Graduation Credits: 18 credits.

• ​必修課程：學術研究倫理0學分、論文研討1次0學分、智慧製造導論3學分、產學創新大師講座3學分​
